保妇康栓联合苦参凝胶对持续高危型人类乳头瘤病毒感染患者血清炎症因子的影响

Effect of Baofukang suppository combined with sophora flavescens gel on serum inflammatory factors in patients with persistent high-risk human papillomavirus infection

目的探讨保妇康栓联合苦参凝胶治疗持续高危型人类乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染的疗效及对患者血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月于井冈山市人民医院接受诊疗的72例持续HR-HPV感染患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组36例。对照组予以保妇康栓治疗,观察组予以保妇康栓联合苦参凝胶治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平,外阴瘙痒、接触性出血症状消失时间及HR-HPV转阴率、病情复发率。结果治疗后,观察组CRP、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组外阴瘙痒、接触性出血症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组HR-HPV转阴率高于对照组,病情复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓联合苦参凝胶治疗持续HR-HPV感染患者疗效显著,可抑制机体内炎症因子过度分泌,改善患者病情,缓解症状,促进病情康复,减少再次复发,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Baofukang suppository combined with sophora flavescens gel on the patients with persistent highrisk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection and its influence on serum inflammatory factors.Methods 72 patients with persistent HR-HPV infection who were treated in Jinggangshan People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Baofukang suppository,and the observation group was treated with Baofukang suppository combined with sophora flavescens gel.The clinical efficacy,serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels before and after treatment,disappearance time of vulva pruritus and contact bleeding symptoms,HR-HPV negative conversion rate and disease recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of vulva pruritus and contact bleeding symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative rate of HR-HPV in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baofukang suppository combined with sophora flavescens gel has significant effect on patients with persistent HR-HPV infection,it can inhibit the excessive secretion of inflammatory factors in the body,improve the condition of the disease,alleviate symptoms,promote the recovery of the disease,and reduce recurrence,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
