基于新文科建设的应用型本科高校课堂教学改革探索——以“管理学原理”课程为例

摘要 “管理学原理”作为一门具有较强实践性的基础课程,就其课程特点和教学内容与目标而言,非常适合开展灵活多样的课堂教学改革。针对课程教学中存在的创新应用不足、过程性考核偏低、思政教育不深入等问题,以一线教师的视角,从课程“是什么、为什么学、学什么、怎么学、学得怎样、怎样更好”六方面分析了课堂教学改革的思路。同时根据课程内容,加强课程思政建设,挖掘思政元素,从而达到提高学生实践能力、培养具有综合素养的应用型人才的目的。 As a basic course with strong practicality,Management Principles is very suitable for carrying out flexible classroom teaching reform in terms of its course characteristics,teaching content and objectives.In view of the problems such as lack of innovative application,low process assessment,and insufficient ideological and political education in curriculum teaching,this paper analyzes the ideas of classroom teaching reform from six aspects of curriculum “what is it,why to learn,what to learn,how to learn,how well to learn and how to learn better” from the perspective of front-line teachers.At the same time,according to the content of the course,strengthen the ideological and political reform of the course,excavate the ideological and political elements,so as to achieve the purpose of improving students' practical ability and cultivating application-oriented talents with comprehensive quality.
