摘要
课程思政作为高职院校思想政治教育的重要组成部分,长期以来在一定程度上存在着供给侧与需求侧失衡的现象,突出表现在忽视需求侧的主体性,不能有效将价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养三者融为一体,无法满足学生与时俱进的自我实现的需求等方面。《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》指出“全面推进课程思政建设,要紧紧抓住教师队伍‘主力军’”,基于此,将教师作为推动课程思政改革和建设最核心的供给主体,系统分析了供给侧视角下基于教师维度推进课程思政建设的逻辑关联、思想意蕴、思维路径和关键问题的解决方法。
Curriculum ideology and politics is an important part of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,but there has been imbalance between supply side and demand side for a longtime.The outstanding performance is to ignore the subjectivity of the demand side,failure to effectively integrate value shaping,knowledge teaching and ability cultivation,and failure to effectively meet the students' self realization needs of keeping pace with the times.Guidelines for Ideological and Political Construction of Courses in Colleges and Universities point out that to comprehensively promote the curriculum ideology and politics construction,we should firmly grasp the “main force” of teachers.Based on this,this study taking teachers as the core provider of promoting the reform and construction of curriculum ideology and politics,systematically analyzed the logical relationship of promoting the construction of curriculum ideology and politics based on teachers' dimension from the perspective of supply side,ideological implication,thinking path and solutions to key problems.
