加强定向培养军士生党性教育策略研究

Research on Strategy Strengthening the Party Spirit of Directional Training Soldiers

随着我国兵役制度的改革,军队人员分为军官、军士、义务兵、文职人员四类。军士是战斗骨干和装备操作维护骨干,是军队建设和军事斗争准备的基础骨干力量,军士队伍的职责使命、发展空间和地位作用发生了历史性变化。定向培养军士自2012年开展以来,已逐步成为军士人才培养的重要途径,加强定向培养军士党性教育,是深入贯彻习近平强军思想、坚持党对人民军队的绝对领导的迫切需要,也是促进我国军队人才健康持续发展、提高军队战斗力和军士素质的重要抓手,对于培养听党话、跟党走的高质量军士队伍具有重要意义。通过分析当前加强军士生党性教育的重要性和必要性,提出了加强定向培养军士生的策略。

With the reform of China's military service system,military personnel are divided into four categories:officers,sergeants,conscripts and civilian personnel.Sergeants are the backbone of combat and equipment operation and maintenance,and the foundation of the military construction and military struggle preparation.The responsibilities,missions,development space and status of the sergeant team have undergone historic changes.Directional training of sergeants,since 2012,has gradually become an important way of sergeant personnel training.strengthening directional training sergeants'party spirit education,is the urgent need of deeply implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Strengthening the Military and upholding the party's absolute leadership over the People's Army.It is also an important means to promote the healthy and sustainable development of military talents in our country,enhance the combat effectiveness and military quality of the armed forces,and is of great significance for cultivating a high-quality military team that listens to the Party and follows its direction.This paper analyzes the importance and necessity of strengthening the party spirit education of sergeants,and puts forward the strategy of strengthening the directional training.
