摘要
教师教学能力高低是教师专业发展的核心和关键要素,高等学校要坚持立德树人,全面贯彻落实党的教育路线方针,坚持德才兼备,以德为先,完善教师评价体系建设。针对“破五唯”背景下高校教师教学能力评价存在的主要问题,研究确立高校教师教学能力评价对策,形成高校教师卓越的教育教学水平评价标准,为新时代高等农林院校教师评价和教师发展服务。探索如何从高校教师的终结性评价机制转向体现全部教学环节的过程性评价机制,构建科学的教师评价方案。
Teaching ability is the core and key element of teacher professional development.Colleges and universities should adhere to the principle of moral education,fully implement the Party's education policy,adhere to both political integrity and ability,put building morality first,and improve the construction of teacher evaluation system.In view of the main problems existing in the teaching ability evaluation of university teachers under the background of “breaking the five only”,this paper studies and establishes the countermeasures of teaching ability evaluation of university teachers,forms the standards of excellent teaching ability of university teachers,to provide evaluation and development services for teachers in higher agricultural and forestry colleges of the new era.This paper explores how to shift from a terminal evaluation mechanism for college teachers to a process-oriented evaluation mechanism that reflects all teaching links,and constructs a scientific teacher evaluation scheme.
