协同学视域下地方高校思政课程与课程思政协同育人研究

新时代地方高校凭借其深厚的地域文化积淀以及紧密的地方产业联系,已经成为高等教育人才培养的主要阵地。探索地方高校思政课程与课程思政协同育人,不仅助力地方高校深入实践立德树人的教育宗旨,更是对其固有特色与竞争优势的体现和深化。基于对协同学核心理念的深入解读,通过构建资源型协同机制与结构性协同机制,不仅丰富了协同学的实践应用,还为新时代地方高校思想政治教育提供了更高效、更具针对性的策略,以期提高高等教育的人才培养质量。

In the new era,local universities,with their profound regional cultural heritage and close ties to local industries,have become a major front in higher education talent cultivation.Exploring the synergistic education of ideological and political courses in local colleges not only aids these institutions in deeply implementing the educational mission of building morality and cultivating talents,but also reflects and deepens their inherent characteristics and competitive advantages.Based on an in-depth interpretation of the core concepts of collaborative learning theory,this paper constructs resource-based and structural collaborative mechanisms.These not only enrich the practical application of collaborative learning theory but also provide more efficient and targeted strategies for the ideological and political education in local colleges of the new era,aiming to enhance the quality of talent cultivation in higher education.
