涉农高校“一懂两爱”人才培养创新路径研究

Research on the Innovative Path of Cultivating Talents with “One Understanding,Two Loves” in Agricultural Universities

涉农专业人才培养是新时代我国高等教育服务乡村振兴和农村现代化发展的人才需求,是更好地支撑农业强国建设的基础,培养“一懂两爱”人才是时代赋予涉农高校的重要使命。涉农高等院校因农而生、因农立命,应加大“一懂两爱”观念宣传引导,培养一批喜爱农牧业工作、关注农村经济发展的专业人才,为我国乡村经济发展、乡村文化繁荣、乡村生态文明提供人才保障,促进我国农牧业现代化发展,完成乡村全方位发展。对内蒙古地区来说,落实内蒙古五大任务、筑牢草原生态安全屏障都需要强有力的人才保障,涉农专业人才队伍培养的重要性不言而喻。通过对涉农高校“一懂两爱”人才培养的时代使命和现状进行分析,针对存在的问题提出相应的优化策略。

The cultivation of agricultural professionals is a talent demand for China's higher education to serve rural revitalization and modernization in the new era,and it is the foundation for better supporting the construction of an agricultural strong country.Cultivating talents with “one understanding and two loves” is an important mission entrusted by the times to agricultural universities.Agricultural higher education institutions are born out of agriculture,and are determined by agriculture.They should increase the promotion and guidance of the “one understanding,two loves” concept,cultivate a group of professional talents who love agricultural and animal husbandry work and pay attention to rural economic development,provide talent protection for the development of rural economy,rural cultural prosperity,and rural ecological civilization in China,promote the modernization of China's agricultural and animal husbandry industry,and complete the all-round development of rural areas.This article analyzes the mission and current situation of cultivating talents with “one understanding,two loves” in agricultural universities,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies for the existing problems.
