摘要
“计算机过程控制工程”是实践性很强的自动化核心课程,学生实验教学环节却面临无法到实验室操作仪器设备的难题。为了解决上述难题,“计算机过程控制工程”课程重点在实验教学方面进行了深入的探索与实践,具体开展了水箱液位控制远程实体实验的改革创新。借助向日葵远程控制软件的远程接入能力和无线视频监控设备,实现学生在校外对实验室现有三容水箱液位控制实验装置的远程监控与操作,解决了现场操作实验课程线上难开展的问题。
“Computer Process Control Engineering” is a highly practical automation core course,but students are unable to operate the laboratory instruments and equipment in the teaching link.In order to solve the above problems,“Computer Process Control Engineering” focuses on the experimental teaching and carries out indepth exploration and practice,which includes reform and innovation of remote entity experiment of water tank level control.With the help of the remote access ability of Sunflower remote control software and wireless video monitoring equipment,students can realize the remote monitoring and operation of the existing three-tank water level control experimental device in the laboratory outside the school,which solves the problems of the experiment course.
