基于移动应用的“税法”特色教学设计与实践

Characteristic Teaching Design and Practice of Tax Law Based on Mobile Application

针对“税法”课程“点多变快”、教学与市场需求脱节、课堂“低头族”现象突出等教学痛点,基于超星学习通、微信等移动应用,采用具有“一真一新一活跃”特色的教学设计,并将其应用于三个学期的“税法”教学实践。实践应用与结果分析表明,基于移动应用的税法“一真一新一活跃”教学将税法理论与“全真”实践紧密融合,从而有效提升学生实践与应用能力;增强学生的学习兴趣,从内源提升其学习动力,进而提升学生在课堂的活跃度、参与度,提升教学效果。

The teaching design with “one real,one new and one active” characteristic is adopted and put into practice to solve teaching pain points of “numerous knowledge points and fast changeable”,“seperate teaching form market demand”,and the phenomenon of “phubbing” in class,based on mobile applications such as Super Star Learning App and WeChat.The practical application and analysis show that this teaching design of tax law based on mobile application closely integrates the tax law theory with the “real” practice.The teaching design with “one real and one new and one active” characteristic can effectively improve students' practical ability and application ability,enhance their learning motivation from endogenous sources,and then enhance students' activity and participation in class,and improve the teaching effect.
