摘要
随着新工科建设新时代的到来,工科专业的教育有了新的内涵。油气储运工程是石油与天然气行业不可或缺的一部分,行业内对该专业的人才培养有着更高的要求与期待。研究生作为高校培养出的高端、创新型人才,对研究生的培养更是建设创新型国家的重要基石。从国际化的师资组建、教学方式以及考核方式分析指出现阶段油气储运工程研究生国际化人才培养的不足,并从以上三个方面对油气储运工程未来的人才培养模式的改进方法进行阐述,对于国外的人才培养模式取其精华,并就现阶段高校的教学方式提出具体的建议。
With the arrival of the new era of new engineering construction,the education of engineering majors has a new connotation.Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation Engineering is an indispensable part of the oil and gas industry,which has higher requirements and expectations for the cultivation of talents in this specialty.As the high-end and innovative talents cultivated by universities,the cultivation of postgraduates is an important cornerstone for building an innovative country.In this paper,we analyze the shortage of internationalized talent cultivation of Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation Engineering graduate students from three aspects:internationalized faculty formation,teaching methods and assessment methods.It also elaborates on the improvement methods of the future talent cultivation mode from the above three aspects,takes the essence of the foreign talent cultivation mode,and puts forward specific suggestions on the teaching methods in universities at the present stage.
