BOPPPS教学模型对核医学影像学技术学生思维能力、教学方式评价的影响

Influence of BOPPPS teaching model on ability of thinking and evaluation of teaching methods among students majored in nuclear medicine imaging technology

摘要 目的研究基于BOPPPS教学模型的教学方式对影像技术学生思维能力、教学方式评价的影响。方法选择2021年12月—2023年12月接受影像核医学临床见习学习的某医学院19级医学影像技术医学生40名作为研究对象,将2021年12月—2022年11月进行传统教学方式的19名学生设为对照组,将2022年12月—2023年12月进行基于BOPPPS教学模型教学方式的21名学生设为观察组。观察比较两组医学生培训考核成绩、思维能力(评判性思维能力量表(CTDI-CV))、教学质量(教学质量评价量表)、教学满意度(基于教学素质评价体系(SETQ))。结果观察组培训各方面考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);教学前两组医学生CTDI-CV评分基本相同(P>0.05),教学后观察组寻找真相、分辨能力、自信心、求知欲等评分较于对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组医学生教学质量各项评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组医学生对教学模式、环境、内容、态度及自我专业素质提升满意度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论对于医学影像技术医学生采取基于BOPPPS教学模型的教学方式,可能对医学生培训考核成绩、评判性思维能力及教学方式评价满意度有所提升,同时对教学质量的提升具有一定程度的效果。 Objective To study the influence of BOPPPS teaching model based teaching methods on ability of thinking and evaluation of teaching methods among students majored in imaging technology.Methods Forty medical students from Qiqihar Medical University,majored in medical imaging technology of grade 2019,were selected as the study subjects,and they participated in clinical training of imaging and nuclear medicine in the First Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University from December 2021 to December 2023.The students who received traditional teaching from December 2021 to November 2022 were divided into the control group,and students who received BOPPPS teaching model based teaching from December 2022 to December 2023 were divided into the observation group.The students who underwent the teaching method based on BOPPPS teaching model were divided into the observation group.The performance in the training assessment,thinking ability(Critical Thinking Disability Inventory(CTDI-CV)),teaching quality(Teaching Quality Evaluation Scale),and satisfaction with teaching(based on the System for Evaluation of Teaching Quality(SETQ))of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The training assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in all aspects of training(P<0.05).The CTDI-CV scores of medical students in the two groups were basically the same before teaching(P>0.05).The scores of truth-seeking,discernment,self-confidence,and curiosity were higher in the observation group than in the control group after teaching(P<0.05).The scores of teaching quality in all aspects in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Medical students in the observation group were more satisfied with the teaching mode,environment,content,attitude and self-improvement of professional quality than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Adopting the teaching method based on the BOPPPS teaching model for medical students majored in medical imaging technology may improve medical students'training assessment scores,critical thinking ability and satisfaction evaluation of the teaching method,and at the same time,it has a certain degree of effect on the improvement of teaching quality.
