米诺环素联合莫西沙星治疗急性智齿冠周炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Minocycline Combined with Moxifloxacin in the Treatment of Acute Pericoronitis of Wisdom Tooth

目的探讨米诺环素联合莫西沙星治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年1月至2023年1月收治的急性智齿冠周炎患者300例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各150例。两组患者均口服盐酸米诺环素胶囊;对照组患者加服阿莫西林,观察组患者加用莫西沙星注射液静脉滴注。两组均连续治疗1周。结果观察组总有效率为98.67%,显著高于对照组的93.33%(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的冠周袋牙龈液Chao指数显著低于对照组,血清白细胞介素2、白细胞介素4,唾液8羟基脱氧鸟苷水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者SF-36生活质量量表(包括躯体疼痛、总体健康、生理职能、社会功能)评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米诺环素联合莫西沙星治疗急性智齿冠周炎,能明显提升患者的生活质量,改善各临床指标。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minocycline combined with moxifloxacin in the treatment of acute pericoronitis of wisdom tooth.Methods A total of 300 patients with acute pericoronitis of wisdom tooth admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were orally administered Minocycline Hydrochloride Capsules,on this basis,the patients in the control group were given amoxicillin,while the patients in the observation group were given intravenous drip of Moxifloxacin Injection.Both groups were treated continuously for one week.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.67%,which was significantly higher than 93.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Chao index of periodontal pocket gingival fluidin the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the levels of serum interleukin-2,interleukin-4,and salivary 8-hydroxy-2 deoxyguanosine were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 36-item Short-Form(including physical pain,overall health,physiological function,and social function)scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minocycline combined with moxifloxacin can significantly improve the quality of life and various clinical indicators of patients with acute pericoronitis of wisdom tooth.
