思维导图式健康宣教对颈椎手术患者出院准备度的影响

Effect of Mind Map-Based Health Education on the Preparedness for Discharge in Patients Undergoing Cervical Spine Surgery

目的探讨思维导图式健康宣教对颈椎手术患者出院准备度的影响。方法选取医院2023年8月至10月和2023年11月至2024年1月收治的行颈椎手术患者90例,分别作为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者予传统的健康宣教,观察组患者予思维导图式健康宣教。结果观察组患者的出院准备度量表各维度评分及总分均显著高于对照组;出院指导质量量表各维度评分及总分均显著高于对照组;总满意度为97.78%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论思维导图式健康宣教能提高颈椎手术患者的出院准备度、出院指导质量和出院满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of mind map-based health education on the preparedness for discharge in patients undergoing cervical spine surgery.Methods Ninety patients who underwent cervical spine surgery in the hospital from August to October 2023 were selected as the control group and those from November 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received traditional health education,while the observation group received mind mapbased health education.Results The each dimension and total scores of the discharge readiness scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the scores of each dimension and total score of the discharge guidance quality scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the overall satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.78%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind map-based health education can improve the discharge readiness,quality of discharge guidance,and satisfaction of patients undergoing cervical spine surgery.
