Efficacy of Five Elements Music Therapy in the Treatment of Postpartum Depression

目的探讨五行音乐疗法在产后抑郁治疗中的应用效果。方法选取医院2021年8月至2022年9月收治的产后抑郁患者90例,按治疗方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者予常规抗抑郁治疗,观察组患者予五行音乐疗法。结果观察组治疗4周、8周后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组临床疗效总评估量表(CGI)-疾病严重程度(SI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论五行音乐疗法用于治疗产后抑郁,可减轻患者的抑郁程度,改善睡眠质量,提高其社会功能。

Objective To investigate the application effect of Five Elements Music Therapy in the treatment of postpartum depression.Methods A total of Ninety postpartum depression patients admitted to the hospital from August 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine antidepressant treatment,while the patients in the observation group received Five Elements Music Therapy.Results The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale(EPDS)scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 4 and 8 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the overall clinical global impression(CGI)-severity of illness(SI)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the social support rating scale(SSRS)and simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Five Elements Music Therapy in the treatment of postpartum depression,which can reduce the degree of depression in patients,improve sleep quality,and enhance their social function.
