无托槽隐形矫治术用于口腔正畸效果和安全性观察

Effectiveness and Safety of Bracketless Invisible Orthodontics for Oral Orthodontics

目的探讨无托槽隐形矫治术用于口腔正畸的效果和安全性。方法选取医院2021年1月至7月收治的口腔正畸患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者予常规矫正固定术治疗,观察组患者予无托槽隐形矫治术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为7.50%,显著低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的牙齿功能指标美观度、牙齿固定、咀嚼功能、咬合能力评分均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的健康状况调查简表(SF-36)精神状态、情感功能、社会功能、生理职能评分均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无托槽隐形矫治术治疗口腔正畸的效果良好,可改善患者的健康状况和牙齿功能,且安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of bracketless invisible orthodontics for oral orthodontics.Methods A total of 80 orthodontic patients admitted to the hospital from January to July 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional orthodontic fixation,and the patients in the observation group were treated with bracketless invisible orthodontic treatment,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 85.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.50%,which was significantly lower than 25.00% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of dental function indexes including aesthetics,tooth fixation,mastication function,and occlusal ability in both groups were significantly higher(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of the Short Form of the Survey of Health Status(SF-36)in terms of mental status,affective function,social function,and physiological function of both groups were significantly higher(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Invisible bracketless orthodontic treatment for orthodontics is effective and can improve the health status and dental function of patients with good safety.
