聚焦超声消融术与子宫肌瘤剔除术远期临床疗效比较

Comparison of the Long-Term Clinical Efficacy of Focused Ultrasound Ablation and Myomectomy

目的比较聚焦超声消融术与子宫肌瘤剔除术的远期临床疗效。方法选取医院2022年2月至2023年2月收治的子宫肌瘤患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者行子宫肌瘤剔除术,观察组患者行聚焦超声消融术。结果观察组患者的总有效率为98.00%,显著高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组患者的雌激素受体、B淋巴细胞瘤-2蛋白水平均显著低于对照组;白细胞介素10、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相比于子宫肌瘤剔除术,聚焦超声消融术治疗子宫肌瘤的远期临床疗效更好,患者的生化指标与炎性指标更佳。

Objective To compare the long-term clinical efficacy of focused ultrasound ablation and myomectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group underwent myomectomy,and patients in the observation group underwent focused ultrasound ablation.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.00% in the control group(P<0.05).At three months after the operation,the levels of estrogen receptor and B lymphocytoma-2 protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of interleukin-10,C-reactive protein,and tumor necrosis factor-α were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with myomectomy,focused ultrasound ablation has better long-term clinical efficacy for uterine fibroids,and the biochemical and inflammatory indexes in patients were better.
