综合评估护理用于老年糖尿病合并老年综合征的价值评价

Value of Comprehensive Evaluation Nursing in Elderly Patients with Diabetes Complicated with Elderly Syndrome

目的探讨综合评估护理用于老年糖尿病合并老年综合征的价值。方法选取医院内分泌科2021年11月至2022年11月收治的老年住院患者84例。利用双盲分组法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。两组患者均予常规护理,观察组增加老年综合评估护理。结果观察组治疗后生活质量量表、简明智能评定量表、微型营养评定量表评分均显著高于对照组,汉密尔顿抑郁评定量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗满意度为92.86%,显著高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。结论综合评估护理用于老年糖尿病合并老年综合征患者的临床护理工作中,有利于改善患者的营养状态,增强治疗满意度及控制患者血糖水平。

Objective To investigate the value of comprehensive evaluation nursing in elderly diabetes patients with elderly syndrome.Methods A total of 84 elderly hospitalized patients admitted to the endocrinology department of the hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the double-blind grouping method,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups of patients received routine care,on this basis,the observation group received elderly comprehensive evaluation nursing.Results The quality of life scale,Mini-Mental State Examination,mini-nutritional assessment scores after treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the Hamilton Depression Assessment Scale score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction in the observation group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than 71.43% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive evaluation nursing in the clinical nursing of elderly patients with diabetes and elderly syndrome is beneficial to improving the nutritional status of patients,enhancing treatment satisfaction and controlling the blood sugar level of patients.
