全面护理干预用于慢性咽炎护理效果观察

Effects Observation of Comprehensive Nursing Interventions in Chronic Pharyngitis Care

目的探讨了全面护理干预在慢性咽炎患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取医院2022年6月至2023年1月收治的慢性咽炎患者84例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予全面护理。结果观察组患者综合护理满意度、生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.76%,显著低于对照组的21.43%(P<0.05)。结论全面护理用于慢性咽炎综合护理效果确切,可提升患者的生活质量和综合护理满意度,且安全性好。

Objective To investigate the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the care of patients with chronic pharyngitis.Methods A total of 84 chronic pharyngitis patients admitted to the hospital from June 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional nursing,and the patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing.Results The satisfaction rate of comprehensive care and quality of life score of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was in the observation group 4.76%,which was significantly lower than 21.43% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive care for chronic pharyngitis comprehensive care is effective,which can improve the quality of life of patients and comprehensive satisfaction,and the safety was good.
