综合睡眠护理用于脑血管病伴睡眠障碍患者的效果观察

Effect of Comprehensive Sleep Care on Patients with Cerebrovascular Disease and Sleep Disorders

目的探讨综合睡眠护理应用于脑血管病伴睡眠障碍效果。方法选取医院2022年5月至2023年4月收治的脑血管病伴睡眠障碍患者80例,均分为研究组和对照组,各40例。两组均提供常规护理,研究组增加综合睡眠护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者接受护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合睡眠护理能有效改善脑血管病伴睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量,有助于提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive sleep care on patients with cerebrovascular disease and sleep disorders.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebrovascular disease and sleep disorders admitted to the hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received routine care,on this basis,the study group received comprehensive sleep care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After receiving nursing care,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive sleep care can effectively improve the negative situation and sleep quality of patients with cerebrovascular disease and sleep disorders,and contribute to improving their quality of life.
