中国式农业农村现代化背景下河北省数字乡村建设路径

Path of Digital Rural Construction in Hebei Province in the Context of Chinese Agricultural and Rural Modernization

以中国式农业农村现代化为背景,该文从“五位一体”的角度深入分析中国式农业农村现代化与数字乡村建设之间的关系,发现河北省数字乡村建设存在着基础设施与服务不足、资源与支持短缺等关键问题,就此提出加强基础设施与服务建设、强化资源与支持保障、调整产业结构与提升科技水平和缩减城乡壁垒等有助于推动河北省数字乡村建设的对策建议。

Based on Chinese agricultural and rural modernization,this paper deeply analyzes the relationship between Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization and digital rural construction from the perspective of"Five-Sphere Integrated Plan".It is found that there are some key problems in digital rural construction in Hebei Province,such as insufficient infrastructure and services,shortage of resources and support,and so on.Thus,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of digital village in Hebei Province,such as strengthening the construction of infrastructure and services,strengthening the guarantee of resources and support,adjusting the industrial structure and upgrading the level of science and technology,and reducing urban and rural barriers.
