摘要
为探究不同小麦品种萌发期的耐盐性,选取5个青岛地区推广面积较广的小麦品种,设置5个浓度梯度的NaCl溶液模拟盐胁迫,对小麦种子萌发期发芽指标、根长、芽长和鲜重等指标进行综合比较。结果表明,部分小麦品种对低盐胁迫(<100 mmol·L^(-1))有一定的适应性,低盐浓度胁迫可以提高部分品种的发芽率,高浓度的盐胁迫对小麦种子的萌发和生长有较强的抑制作用。发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、最大根长、芽长、根鲜重、芽鲜重与盐浓度呈显著负相关,可以作为小麦萌发期耐盐鉴定指标。150~200 mmol·L^(-1)的NaCl浓度,适宜做小麦种子萌发期的耐盐性鉴定。5个小麦品种耐盐性较强的是邦麦122,最差的是济麦22。该结果可为筛选适宜盐渍土地种植的小麦品种提供依据。
In order to explore the salt tolerance of different wheat varieties during germination,five wheat varieties with wide extension area in Qingdao were selected and five concentration gradients of NaCl solution were set up to simulate salt stress.The germination index,root length,bud length and fresh weight of wheat seeds during germination were compared comprehensively.The results showed that some wheat varieties had certain adaptability to low salt stress(<100 mmol·L^(-1)).Low salt stress could increase the germination rate of some varieties,and high concentration salt stress could strongly inhibit the germination and growth of wheat seeds.Germination energy,germination rate,germination index,maximum root length,bud length,root fresh weight and bud fresh weight were significantly negatively correlated with salt concentration,which can be used as the identification index of salt tolerance of wheat during germination.The NaCl concentration of 150~200 mmol·L^(-1) is suitable for the identification of salt tolerance during wheat seed germination.Among the five wheat varieties,Bangmai Wheat 122 had strong salt tolerance,and Jimai Wheat 22 was the worst.The results can provide a basis for selecting wheat varieties suitable for planting in saline land.
