以“生态文明”为笔绘就乡村振兴新画卷

乡村是兼顾自然、经济、人文和社区特点于一身的区域整体,具备协调自然、劳动、文化等诸多特点,并与城区相互促进、互为补充,共同形成的人们生活空间。自党的十九大以来,我国社会主要矛盾转变为“人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾”,其中不平衡、不充分问题在农村最为突出。党的二十大也强调全面建设社会主义现代化国家,最艰巨最繁重的任务仍然在农村。现如今站在百年新征程上,我们党再次对全面推进乡村振兴进行部署。在新时期,要深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,在习近平生态文明思想指导下,把乡村生态文明建设同政治、经济、文化和社会等有机结合起来,把美丽乡村建设和乡村振兴结合起来,实现人与自然的和谐共生。

The rural areasare a whole regionwhich takes into account the characteristics of nature,economy,humanities and community,and has many characteristics,such as coordinating nature,labor,culture and so on.It is a people's living space that promotes and complements each other with the city.Since the 19th CPC National Congress,the principal contradiction in our society has been transformed into"the contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development",among which the problem of imbalance and inadequacy is the most prominent in rural areas.The 20th CPC National Congress also emphasized building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,and the most arduous and arduous task is still in the rural areas.Now,walking on the new journey of a century,our party has once again made arrangements to promote rural revitalization in an all-round way.In the new era,it is necessary to deeply study and implement Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,and under the guidance of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought,organically combine rural ecological civilization construction with politics,economy,culture and society,and to combine the construction of beautiful rural areas and rural revitalization,so as to realize the harmonious symbiosis between human beings and nature.
