产教融合背景下职业教育赋能乡村振兴电商人才培养模式探究

摘要 在分析产教融合、乡村振兴、职业教育和电商人才四者之间关系的基础上,该文对产教融合背景下职业教育赋能乡村振兴电商人才培养模式现状进行研究。构建以教学为方式、以实践为手段、以效果为核心的职业教育赋能乡村振兴人才培养模式,辅之以学校导师、企业导师、乡村导师三教三评方式,形成“专创+德技+产教”协调发展的人才培养体系。采用数字化管理评价体系,便于动态监测和实时调整运行机制进度,通过闭环方式,保证乡村振兴电商人才长久发展的培养模式。 On the basis of analyzing the relationship between the integration of industry and education,rural revitalization,vocational education and e-commerce talents,this thesis researches the current situation of e-commerce talents cultivation mode of vocational education empowering rural revitalization in the context of the integration of industry and education.The vocational education empowering rural revitalization talent cultivation mode is constructed with teaching as the way,practice as the means and effect as the core,supplemented by three teaching and three evaluation methods of school tutors,enterprise tutors and rural tutors,forming a talent cultivation system with the coordinated development of"specialization and creation,virtue and skill,industry and education".The adoption of digital management and evaluation system facilitates dynamic monitoring and real-time adjustment of the progress of the operation mechanism,and ensures the long-term development of rural revitalization of e-commerce talents through the closed-loop approach to the cultivation mode.
