基于水冷壁壁温模型的吸热器热力计算

摘要 塔式太阳能光热发电吸热器运行时,最高局部热负荷可达1200 kW/m2,且吸热管所受辐射强度在周向分布并不均匀,在对吸热管进行热力计算时,通常需要对吸热管进行离散化处理,致使计算量大幅增加,为满足工程计算时间需求,通常仅对典型吸热管进行计算。为此,本文采取了基于光管水冷壁壁温计算的简化模型,可实现整个吸热器模型计算,计算结果与离散化模型相近,满足工程精度要求。 When solar power tower receiver is in operation,the maximum local heat load would reach 1200kW/m 2.As the solar radiation intensity on heat-absorbing tube is not uniform on circumferential direction,when conducting the thermodynamic calculation,the heat-absorbing tube should be discretized.This needs a great deal of calculation.To reduce computation cost,in most cases,only an identical heat-absorbing tube is calculated.In order to solve this problem,in this paper,a simplified model based on water wall temperature is proposed.Thermodynamic calculation of the whole receiver is carried out and the result is compared with the discrete model.It is proved that the model meets the engineering accuracy requirements.
