一台燃多混合燃料电站锅炉的能效测试分析

摘要 针对一台燃多混合燃料电站锅炉进行了能效测试分析。通过对燃料成分分析、低位发热量计算、进入炉膛内的热量分析以及锅炉各项热损失的详细计算,得出了该锅炉的热效率为75.2%。分析结果表明,排烟热损失和灰渣物理热损失占比较大,其中碱液处理导致的灰渣物理热损失较为显著。与锅炉设计值相比,本次测试结果准确可靠。 In this study,an energy efficiency test analysis was conducted on a multi-fuel mixed combustion power station boiler.The analysis involved fuel composition analysis,calculation of lower heating value,analysis of heat input into the furnace,and detailed calculation of various heat losses in the boiler.The results revealed an efficiency of 75.2%for the boiler.The analysis indicated that major heat losses originated from exhaust gas and ash physical heat losses,with the latter significantly influenced by alkali liquor treatment.The calculated results closely matched the design values,validating the accuracy of the test.
