摘要
热电联产是现代电力系统中的高效能量利用方式,能够将发电中形成的热能用于供暖或工业用热,实现能源的梯级利用目标。热网系统是连接发电厂与用户的桥梁,保证其运行的安全性与稳定性,有利于提高供热质量,并达到节能减排的效果。但是电厂热网管道,特别是地埋管道在运行中容易发生腐蚀现象,不仅会造成管道使用寿命降低,甚至引起供热中断的现象,带来各种安全事故,为环境与人民生活带来不利因素。考虑到热网架空管道的腐蚀性比较可控及易于检查,本文侧重于地埋管道的腐蚀和防护技术分析,首先对腐蚀对电厂热网管道的影响进行概述,然后分析了电厂热网管道的腐蚀原因,最后提出了电厂热网管道腐蚀的防护措施。
Combined heat and power generation is an efficient energy utilization method in modern power systems,which can use the heat generated in power generation for heating or industrial heat,achieving the goal of cascading energy utilization.The heating network system is a bridge connecting power plants and users,ensuring the safety and stability of its operation,which is conducive to improving heating quality and achieving energy-saving and emission reduction effects.However,the heating network pipelines in power plants are prone to corrosion during operation,which not only reduces the service life of the pipelines.Even the phenomenon of heating interruption can lead to various safety accidents and bring adverse factors to the environment and people's lives.This article first provides an overview of the impact of corrosion on power plant heating network pipelines,then analyzes the causes of corrosion in power plant heating network pipelines,and finally proposes protective measures for corrosion in power plant heating network pipelines.
