2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症心脏彩超的改变及影响因素

Changes and influencing factors of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in type 2 diabetes with hyperuricemia

目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并高尿酸血症(HUA)心脏彩超的改变及影响。方法:选取2019年2月~2021年9月潮州市人民医院收治的单纯T2DM患者(对照组,n=100)和T2DM合并HUA患者(观察组,n=100)为研究对象,比较两组临床资料、心脏彩超指标,并分析观察组患者心脏指标改变的影响因素。结果:观察组左心室射血分数(LVEF)明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logical回归分析显示,TC、TG是T2DM患者发生高尿酸血症的独立危险因素。两组LVEF与患者血糖、血脂、炎性因子均具有明显相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:T2DM合并HUA患者LVEF明显降低,FPG、TC、TG、ESR、CRP明显升高,TC、TG是T2DM患者发生高尿酸血症的独立危险因素,LVEF与血糖、血脂、炎性因子均具有明显相关性。

Objective To investigate the changes and effects of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in type 2 diabetes(T2DM)with hyperuricemia(HUA).Method From February 2019 to September 2021,100 patients with simple type 2 diabetes(control group)and 100 patients with T2DM with HUA(observation group)were taken as the research objects;Compare the clinical data,cardiac color Doppler ultrasound indicators of the two groups,and analyze the influencing factors of changes in cardiac indicators in patients with T2DM combined with HUA.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group fasting blood glucose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP)were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);Logical regression analysis showed that TC and TG were independent risk factors for hyperuricemia in patients with T2DM.The two groups of LVEF were significantly correlated with patients′blood glucose,blood lipids,and inflammatory factors(P<0.05).Conclusion LVEF in T2DM patients with HUA is significantly reduced,FPG,TC,TG,ESR,and CRP are significantly increased.TC and TG are independent risk factors for hyperuricemia in T2DM patients.LVEF is significantly related to blood glucose,blood lipids,and inflammatory factors.sex.
