摘要
针对登月飞船电源系统在功率密度、承载性、安全性、可靠性等方面的更高要求,调研了美国猎户座飞船电源系统总体方案,发电、控制、储能等功能产品详细方案,以及部分地面测试和在轨飞行情况。对猎户座飞船电源系统供配电架构、冗余度及可靠性设计、电池类产品安全性设计、结构机构类产品承载性设计等进行分析,梳理出登月飞船电源系统研制过程中需重点关注的问题及建议,可为中国该类飞船电源系统研制提供技术参考。
Targeting the higher requirements on the electrical power system of manned lunar space-craft,such as the power density,the mechanical load,the safety and the reliability,the electrical power system of the U.S.Orion spacecraft was investigated.The overall scheme of Orion electrical power system,the detailed scheme of power generation,power conditioning,energy storage as well as other functional products were analyzed in detail.Besides,system performance in the ground test and in-orbit flight was discussed.The Orion power system design features in the power supply and distribution architecture,the redundancy and reliability of whole system,the safety of the battery products,and the load-bearing properties of mechanical products were summarized.In the end,the issues that deserve to be focused on in the development of power system were listed and suggestions were put forward which may provide technical reference for the development of the power system in manned spacecraft for lunar exploration in China.
