中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网参与血管内皮损伤在自身免疫性疾病中的研究进展

摘要 血管内皮是维持血管内外环境平衡的关键屏障,其损伤会导致血浆成分外渗并积聚于周围组织,构成多种疾病的病理基础。近年来,中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)在血管屏障损伤中的关键作用逐渐受到关注。该文对NETs参与血管内皮损伤在自身免疫性疾病中的研究进展作一综述。 Vascular endothelium is the key barrier to maintain the balance of internal and external vascular environment.The injury of vascular endothelium can lead to the extravasation of plasma components and accumulation in the surrounding tissues,forming the pathological basis of various diseases.In recent years,the critical role of neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)in vascular barrier injury has gradually received attention.In this paper,the research progress on the involvement of NETs in vascular endothelial injury in autoimmune diseases is reviewed.
