现代社会背景下,企业的数字化转型成为突破传统经营痛点的重要路径,区块链作为一个糅合了分布式计算、点对点网络和密码学的技术,基于特有的去中心化、安全可信、高效透明等优势,在保障企业数据的安全可信、打破企业数据的信息孤岛、提升企业交易的合作效率,以及推动企业商业模式创新方面发挥着重要作用。在实践中,区块链已经被应用于企业的数字资产管理、供应链管理、借贷与投融资,以及信息化过程,且已经取得了显著应用效果。但鉴于区块链尚处于起步阶段,其在企业数字化转型中的应用,在传统意识观念、专业人才、技术应用和安全监管层面还面临制约,容易出现信息安全风险,滋生违法犯罪行为。为了强化区块链助力企业数字化转型发展的效果,应提高企业对区块链运用的认知,加强区块链专业人才的培养,加快区块链核心技术的突破,以及加强区块链技术的安全监管。

In the context of modern society,the digital transformation of enterprises has become an important path to break through traditional business.As a technology that combines distributed computing,peer-to-peer networks,cryptography and blockchain,based on its unique advantages of decentralization,security,trustworthiness,efficiency and transparency,which ensures the security and trustworthiness of enterprise data,breaks down information silos of enterprise data,improves the cooperation efficiency of enterprise transactions and plays an important role in promoting innovation in enterprise business models.In practice,blockchain has been applied to digital asset management,supply chain management,lending and financing,as well as information technology processes in enterprises,and has achieved significant application results.However,given that blockchain is still in its early stages,its application in enterprise digital transformation still faces constraints in traditional consciousness,professional talents,technological application and security supervision,which can easily lead to information security risks and breed illegal and criminal behavior.In order to enhance the effectiveness of blockchain in supporting the digital transformation and develop-ment of enterprises,it is necessary to enhance their awareness of blockchain application,strengthen the training of blockchain professionals,accelerate breakthroughs in core blockchain technologies and strengthen security supervision of blockchain technology.
