父母低头行为与幼儿问题行为:亲子依恋的中介作用和正念教养的调节作用

The Effect of Parental Phubbing on Preschooler’s Problem Behavior:The Mediation of Parent-Child Attachment and Moderation of Mindful Parenting

摘要 为探讨父母低头行为对幼儿问题行为的影响及其作用机制,本研究采用父母低头行为问卷、亲子依恋问卷、正念教养问卷以及儿童问题行为问卷对758名学前儿童的父母进行调查,结果发现:父母低头行为与幼儿问题行为呈显著正相关,与亲子依恋、正念教养呈显著负相关;幼儿问题行为与亲子依恋、正念教养呈显著负相关;亲子依恋在父母低头行为与幼儿问题行为之间起中介作用;正念教养在父母低头行为影响幼儿问题行为的过程中起调节作用,在正念教养水平较低的情况下,父母低头行为对亲子依恋的负向影响增加,反之,父母低头行为对亲子依恋负向影响减少。本研究结果强调了父母低头行为是幼儿问题行为产生的重要风险因素,启示父母要在亲子互动过程中减少手机使用,并注重正念教养对幼儿身心健康发展的积极作用。 In order to explore the effect of parental phubbing on children’s problem behavior and its mechanism.In this study,758 parents of preschool children were investigated using the parent phubbing behavior scale,parent-child attachment scale,mindful par-enting scale and child problem behavior scale.The results showed that:Parental phubbing behavior was significantly positively corre-lated with children’s problem behavior,while it was significantly negatively correlated with parent-child attachment and mindful par-enting;There was a significant negative correlation between problem behavior and parent-child attachment and mindful parenting;Par-ent-child attachment plays a mediating role between parents’phubbing behavior and children’s problem behavior;Mindful parenting plays a moderating role in the process of parental phubbing behavior affecting children's problem behavior.When the level of mindful parenting is low,the negative impact of parental phubbing behavior on parent-child attachment increases;conversely,the negative im-pact of parental phubbing behavior on parent-child attachment decreases.The results of this study emphasize that parental phubbing behavior is an important risk factor for children’s problem behavior,and suggest that parents should reduce the use of mobile phones during parent-child interaction and pay attention to the positive effects of mindful parenting on the healthy development of children's physical and mental health.
