摘要
木质素是自然界中丰富的可再生芳香类大分子聚合物,阐明木质素的结构特征对木质素的高值化利用具有重要意义。迄今为止,涵盖多种原子核(^(1)H、^(13)C、^(31)P、^(19)F等)的液体核磁共振(NMR)技术是表征木质素结构特征强有力的分析手段。本文综述了液体NMR技术(氢谱、碳谱、磷谱、氟谱和二维异核单量子碳氢谱)用于表征木质素不同结构特征(如连接键、官能团、化学组成等)的优势,介绍了NMR测试时的制样方法和注意事项,概述了NMR技术在木质素结构表征方面的研究进展,重点阐述了NMR技术在不同木质素结构研究中的适用性,以期为针对性地选择合适的NMR技术对木质素结构进行准确表征和解析,进一步实现木质素的高值化利用提供参考。
Lignin is a renewable aromatic polymer abundant in nature,and understanding its structural features is of great importance for its valuable utilization.Solution-state nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)techniques,including ^(1)H,^(13)C,^(31)P,^(19)F,have proven to be powerful analytical tools for characterizing lignin’s structural features.This article provided an overview of the advantages of solution-state NMR techniques in characterizing various structural features of lignin,such as linkages,functional groups,and chemical composition.Sample preparation methods and considerations for NMR analysis were described,and the research progress of NMR techniques in lignin structural characterization was outlined,with a focus on their applicability to different lignin structures.This article will aid in the targeted selection of appropriate NMR techniques for accurate characterization and analysis of lignin structures,promoting the high-value utilization of lignin.
