摘要
针对巴彦高勒煤矿供电系统存在无功消耗大、谐波污染严重的问题,设计用于煤矿供电系统的电能质量治理装置。详细阐述了该装置的硬件设计及控制策略方案并完成仿真和试验。结果表明,投入该装置前,网侧电流畸变严重、功率因数低、无功功率大,投入该装置后,由于补偿了无功并治理了谐波污染,使得网侧电流畸变率大幅降低,功率因素大于0.95,有效改善了煤矿供电系统电能质量。
Aiming at the problems of large reactive power consumption and serious harmonic pollution in the power supply system of Bayangol Coal Mine,a power quality control device for the power supply system of coal mine is designed.The hardware design and control strategy of the device are described in detail,and the simulation and test are completed.The results show that the current distortion is serious,the power factor is low and the reactive power is high before the device is put into operation.After the device was put into operation,due to compensating for reactive power and controlling harmonic pollution,the grid side current distortion rate was significantly reduced,and the power factor was greater than 0.95,effectively improving the power quality of the coal mine power supply system.
