摘要
直升机机轮刹车不松刹会严重威胁飞行安全,在飞行中若不能得到及时妥善的处置,后果将不堪设想。直升机机轮刹车不松刹涉及液压系统及多个成品部件,故难以定位此类故障,其排故难度和工作量极大。针对一起直升机机轮刹车不松刹典型故障案例,分析和介绍液压系统的组成和工作原理,分析故障原因,研究故障机理,并定位故障点,采取有效的排故措施,为后续处理类似问题积累经验,以期为机务人员排除直升机机轮刹车不松刹故障提供一定参考。
If the wheel brake of the helicopter is not released,it will seriously threaten the flight safety.If it cannot be handled timely and properly in flight,the consequences will be unimaginable.The non loosening brake of the helicopter wheel brake involves the hydraulic system and many finished parts,so it is difficult to locate such faults,which is very difficult and workload.Aiming at a typical failure case of helicopter wheel brake not loosening,this paper analyzes and introduces the composition and working principle of the hydraulic system,analyzes the cause of the failure,studies the failure mechanism,locates the failure point,and takes effective troubleshooting measures,so as to accumulate experience for the subsequent treatment of similar problems,in order to provide certain reference for the maintenance personnel to eliminate the failure of helicopter wheel brake not loosening.
