摘要
为提升垃圾焚烧电厂运行的安全性及可靠性,在垃圾的转运收储环节可开展智能化改造,介绍了某垃圾焚烧发电厂渣吊无人值守系统的组成和运行流程,说明和分析了子系统的组成和运行情况。对比分析了无人值守系统改造前后的运行情况。结合先进的监测设备和智能算法,可以实现垃圾焚烧发电厂运行过程控制的自动化,优化运行管理流程,实现危险岗位的无人值守。
In order to improve the safety and reliability of the operation of waste incineration power plants,intelligent transformation can be carried out in the process of waste transfer,collection and storage.This paper introduces the composition and operation process of the unattended slag crane system in a waste incineration power plant,and explains and analyzes the composition and operation process of the subsystems.The operation situation of the unattended system before and after the transformation is compared and analyzed.It is believed that by combining advanced monitoring equipment and intelligent algorithms,the automation of operation process control of waste incineration power plants can be realized and the operation management process can be optimized,realizing the unattended operation of dangerous posts.
