定制化气象报告类产品的快速制作及自动化生产模式研究

Research on Rapid Production and Automated Production Mode of Customized Meteorological Report Products

随着行业及互联网的快速发展,越来越多受天气或气候影响的行业对于定制化气象服务报告提出需求。虽然各行业有自身特点,但对底层气象数据的需求上有较高的统一性,报告组成上也存在共性。结合中国天气网多年相关服务经验,关于报告类产品的制作,提出基于“元素+功能”,利用模板快速加工报告的新生产模式。整个模式在最大程度上将常用气象要素、图形图表以及语料进行细分,通过计算、参数配置以及文本编辑等功能,实现报告类产品模板的快速制作,并通过定时功能实现对定制化报告的自动化制作和发布。通过这种新的生产模式来缓解日益增多的定制化报告需求与产能不足的矛盾,达到增产增效的目的。

With the rapid development of the industry and the internet,more and more industries affected by weather or climate demand customized weather service reports.Although each industry has its own characteristics,there is a high degree of uniformity in the demand for underlying meteorological data,and there are also commonalities in the composition of reports.Based on the years of relevant service experience of China Weather Network,a new production model is proposed for the production of report products,which is based on"element+function"and utilizes templates to quickly process reports.The entire mode maximally subdivides commonly used meteorological elements,graphical charts,and corpus,and achieves rapid production of report product templates through functions such as calculation,parameter configuration,and text editing.It also automates the production and publication of customized reports through timing functions.To alleviate the contradiction between the increasing demand for customized reports and insufficient production capacity through this new production model,in order to achieve the goal of increasing production and efficiency.
