摘要
分析了某发电厂低压厂用变压器高压侧空充合闸于三相短路故障时,继电保护动作后断路器反复多次分合闸事件。根据站内监控录波数据,变压器高压侧断路器合闸引起保护动作跳开后,未停止合闸操作,继而断路器继续合闸,导致上述现象连续发生4次,最终造成设备严重烧毁。分析总结了事故期间过电流的电气量与时序特征,为快速定位故障原因提供了支撑。结合本次事件给出合理化处理措施,可有效避免该类型事故再次发生。
This paper analyzes the repeated opening and closing events of the circuit breaker after the relay protection action when the high-voltage side of the transformer in a power plant is closed due to a three-phase short circuit fault.According to the on-site monitoring and recording data,the high-voltage side circuit breaker of the transformer did not stop the closing operation after causing the protection action to trip due to closing,and then continued to close,resulting in the above phenomenon occurring four times in a row,ultimately causing serious equipment damage.Analyzed and summarized the electrical quantity and temporal characteristics of overcurrent during the accident,providing support for quickly locating the nature of faults.Provide reasonable handling measures based on this incident,effectively avoiding the recurrence of this type of accident.
