摘要
船舶的负载变化会导致发电机组的启动时间不稳定,基于此,提出了基于PLC的船舶电站发电机组自动启动控制方法。计算发电机组负载参数,构建船舶电站发电机组数学模型,利用PLC建立启动逻辑指令,精准启动控制船舶电站发电机组,实现发电机组的自动启动控制。结果表明,该方法能显著缩短发电机组的启动时间,提高其转速的稳定性。
The load variation of ships can lead to unstable starting time of generator sets.Based on this,a PLC based automatic starting control method for ship power plant generator sets is proposed.Calculate the load parameters of the generator set,construct a mathematical model of the marine power plant generator set,use PLC to establish startup logic instructions,accurately start and control the marine power plant generator set,and achieve automatic startup control of the generator set.The results show that this method can significantly shorten the start-up time of the generator set and improve its speed stability.
