窄煤柱综采工作面超前支护强度分析与研究

摘要 低碳高效开发利用是煤矿可持续发展的必然途径,而窄煤柱开采具有提高资源回收率、降低吨煤成本以及延长矿井服务年限等优点。同时,窄煤柱开采也会引起顺槽巷道应力环境的较大改变。为研究工作面开采期间顺槽巷道的稳定性,通过Flac3D数值模拟方法分析和研究窄煤柱综采工作面超前支护强度否满足要求是十分必要和迫切的。由数值模拟分析可知,在5 m窄煤柱条件下顺槽巷道30 m超前采用单体柱+π型钢梁的支护方式,辅以注浆锚索加固,能为窄煤柱提供一定的侧向约束力。窄煤柱由双面临空转变为单面临空,提升了煤柱的承载能力,有效控制了煤柱及煤壁的塑性区演化,保证了采煤作业的安全。 Low carbon and efficient development and utilization are inevitable ways for sustainable development of coal mines,and narrow coal pillar mining has advantages such as improving resource recovery rate,reducing coal cost per ton,and extending mine service life.Meanwhile,narrow coal pllar mining can also cause significant changes in the stress environment of the roadway.It is necessary and urgent to analyze and study whether the advanced support strength of narrow coal pillar fully mechanized mining face meets the requirements through Flac3D numerical simulation method to study the stability of the roadway during mining.According to numerical simulation analysis,it can be concluded that under the condition of a 5 m narrow coal pillar,a 30 m advance support method of single column+TT-shaped steel beam is adopted in the longitudinal tunnel,supplemented by grouting anchor cable reinforcement,which can provide a certain lateral constraint force for the narrow coal pillar.The narrow coal pillar has been transformed from double-sided to single-sided,thereby improving the bearing capacity of the coal pillar and effectively controlling the plastic zone evolution of the coal pillar and coal wall,ensuring the safety of coal mining operations.
