摘要
以ZY21000/38/82D型液压支架为例,介绍一种液压支架冲击力学仿真分析方法。此仿真分析方法可从冲击载荷作用于顶梁的影响分析、冲击载荷作用于掩护梁的影响分析、冲击载荷作用于顶梁和掩护梁的影响分析3个角度实现液压支架力学响应仿真。为验证仿真分析方法的应用价值,将其应用于某液压支架结构优化工程,与数值计算法进行对比后,确认仿真分析方法与数值计算法之间差异性较小。
Taking ZY21000/38/82D hydraulic support as an example,a kind of impact mechanics simulation analysis method for hydraulic support is introduced.This simulation analysis method can realize the mechanical response simulation of hydraulic support from three aspects,impact analysis of impact load on the top beam,impact analysis of impact load on the cover beam,impact load on the top beam and cover beam.In order to confirm the application value of the simulation analysis method,it is applied to a hydraulic support structure optimization project.After comparing the numerical calculation method,it is confirmed that the difference between the simulation analysis method and the numerical calculation method is small.
