煤矿提升机天轮轮体的变形分析及轻量化设计

摘要 作为多绳摩擦式提升机中的重要构成部分,天轮轮体工作时需承受较大载荷,易发生变形。以JKMD-5.7×4型提升机为研究对象,在概述提升机整体结构的基础上,应用ANSYS分析了天轮轮体的静力学变形情况,发现总变形量能满足要求,但总质量相对较大,可进行轻量化设计。通过减少2根轮辐同时增加轮辐宽度的方式进行轻量化设计,结合ANSYS确定的轮辐宽度增加量为110 mm,轻量化设计后的轮体结构刚度与优化前基本相同,但总质量减轻了25.462%,达到了轻量化设计的效果,为企业创造了很好的经济效益。 As an important component of multi rope friction hoist,the crown wheel body needs to bear a large load during operation and is prone to deformation.Taking the JKMD-5.7×4 hoist as the research object,based on an overview of the overall structure of the hoist,ANSYS was applied to analyze the static deformation of the crown wheel body.It was found that the total deformation can meet the requirements,but the total mass is relatively large,which can be used for lightweight design.Lightweight design is achieved by reducing 2 spokes while increasing the width of the spokes.The increase in spoke width determined by ANSYS is 110 mm.The stiffness of the wheel structure after lightweight design is basically the same as before optimization,but the total mass is reduced by 25.462%,achieving the effect of lightweight design and creating good economic benefits for the enterprise.
