摘要
以FBD NO5.6/2×11 k W局部通风机为例,介绍一种矿用FBD局部通风机二级叶轮气动载荷分析方法。该方法主要利用相关参数分别构建一级叶轮及二级叶轮有限元模型,然后以此为基础,根据FBD通风机运行情况设置相应条件,进而对一级叶轮、二级叶轮速度进行模拟分析。通过模拟分析,可准确了解两叶轮入口处的气体流动规律与出口速度分布情况,以此为通风机叶轮结构的优化提供支持。
Taking FBD NO5.6/2×11 kW local ventilation fan as an example,a method of analyzing the pneumatic load of secondary impeller of FBD local ventilation fan for mining is introduced.The method mainly uses the relevant parameters to construct the finite element model of the primary impeller and the secondary impeller respectively,and then based on this,the corresponding conditions are set according to the operation of the FBD ventilator,so as to simulate and analyze the speed of the primary and secondary impellers.Through the simulation analysis,we can accurately understand the gas flow law and outlet velocity distribution of the two impellers inlet and outlet,so as to provide support for the optimization of the impeller structure of the ventilator.
