摘要
近几年预制装配式混凝土箱涵(以下简称“预制箱涵”)施工技术及经济性能备受工程技术人员关注。本文通过对典型预制箱涵工程进行应用调研分析,总结其施工过程中存在的施工质量问题及其原因,对比预制箱涵与现浇箱涵的经济效益和社会效益。研究表明:针对某一箱涵工程,当其预制厂满负荷运营1年半时,采用预制工艺将比现浇工艺节约施工成本;当预制厂满负荷运营5年时,箱涵工程采用预制工艺将比现浇工艺节约工程造价约10%;预制箱涵相比现浇箱涵可以极大缩减现场施工周期,减少不必要的安全风险,具有显著的社会效益。
In recent years,the construction technology of prefabricated concrete box culvert(prefabricated box culvert)and its economic performance have attracted the attention of engineers and technicians.Through the application research and analysis of typical prefabricated box culvert projects,the construction quality problems and their causes in the construction process are summarized,and the economic and social benefits of prefabricated box culverts and cast-in-place box culverts are compared.The research shows that for a box culvert project,when the prefabricated factory is running at full load for 1.5 years,the prefabricated process will save construction costs compared with the cast-in-place process;when the prefabricated factory is running at full load for 5 years,the box culvert project using prefabricated technology will save about 10%of the project cost than the cast-in-place process.Compared with the cast-in-place box culvert,prefabricated box culvert can greatly reduce the on-site construction cycle and reduce unnecessary safety risks,which has significant social benefits.
