摘要
为进一步提高配送效率且减少配送成本,本文针对多类物资提出了可跨周期的混合时间窗配送方法。以最小配送总成本为目标,考虑车辆路径约束、非常紧急与一般紧急物资的配送时间窗约束、车辆充电约束等,建立多类应急物资电动车辆配送路径优化模型,并基于遗传算法设计了模型求解算法。在实例中,对比分析了有无优先级、软时间窗的情况,对比最终形成的最优路径以及客户点满意率的结果表明,该模型能够在应急条件下对紧急物资的配送做到总花费成本最小,顾客满意率较高。
In order to further improve delivery efficiency and reduce delivery costs,a cross cycle hybrid time window delivery method is proposed for multiple types of materials.Taking the minimum total delivery cost as the objective,considering vehicle path constraints,delivery time window constraints for very urgent and general emergency materials,vehicle charging constraints,etc.,an optimization model for the delivery path of electric vehicles for multiple types of emergency materials is established,and a model solving algorithm is designed based on genetic algorithm.In the example,a comparative analysis was conducted on the situation with or without priority and soft time windows.By comparing the optimal path formed and the satisfaction rate of customer points,it was shown that the model in this paper can achieve the minimum total cost and higher customer satisfaction rate for the distribution of emergency materials under emergency conditions.
