摘要
本文通过创建曲线型声屏障数字模型,并将模型方案输入3D打印机内,投入设计配合比材料,将废弃的矿渣、钢渣等碾磨处理后作为打印原料,按照设定的程序打印混凝土材料,打印完成后进行纹理修整与养护。对养护成型的绿色3D打印曲线型声屏障进行吊装,每片屏体通过其背部边缘L形卡槽预埋钢筋与基础预埋构造柱钢筋点焊固定,完成屏体间的固定连接。最后在屏体预留的种植槽中覆土种植植物,完成曲线型声屏障安装。
This article creates a digital model of a curved sound barrier,inputs the model plan into a 3D printer,inputs the designed mix ratio materials,grinds the waste slag,steel slag,etc.and uses it as printing materials.The printer's automated operation process moves according to the set program.After printing is completed,texture trimming and maintenance are performed.The cured and formed green 3D printed curved sound barrier is hoisted.Each screen is fixed by spot welding of the embedded steel bars in the L-shaped slot on its back edge and the foundation embedded structural column steel bars to complete the fixed connection between the screens.Finally,cover the reserved planting slots in the screen with soil and plant plants to complete the installation of the curved sound barrier.
