沥青混合料摊铺离析评价及螺旋布料器EDEM仿真优化

摘要 沥青混凝土路面由于级配设计、现场施工技术以及后续维护不足等原因,其实际使用寿命远远低于设计寿命。本文通过沥青混合料动力学,抗离析试验以及针对试验结论仿真分析三种不同螺径并选出最优螺径方案。试验得出在仿真模型中,螺径460mm的仿真离析较小,在实际现场施工时宜选用直径较大、转速较低的螺旋分料器,并合理调整分料器中混合料的高度,使混合料充满螺旋分料器。 The actual service life of asphalt concrete pavement is much lower than the design life due to the lack of grading design,on-site construction technology and follow-up maintenance.Therefore,through dynamic asphalt mixture,anti-segregation test and simulation to analysis three different screw diameters and select the optimal screw diameters.It is concluded that in the simulation model,the simulation segregation of 460mm screw diameter is small,and the screw distributor with larger diameter and lower speed is selected in the actual site construction,and the height of the mixture in the distributor is reasonably adjusted to make the mixture full of the screw distributor.
