地铁周边规划地块环境振动及室内二次结构噪声影响分析

摘要 本文研究了某城市地铁对其周边规划地块产生的环境振动及室内二次结构噪声影响。该规划地块与地铁3号、5号线换乘站相邻,地块内规划住宅楼栋分别受3号、5号线两条地铁线的影响。监测地铁经过时典型住宅楼栋处的地面振动并根据相关标准计算得到室内二次结构噪声。结果表明,地铁3号、5号线单独影响及两条地铁叠加影响均可满足相关标准要求。列车制动产生的振动影响大于30km/h低速段列车产生的振动影响。相同列车运行状态下,环境振动和二次结构噪声影响呈现随距离增加而减小的趋势。 This study investigates the environmental vibration and indoor secondary structural noise effects of a certain city's subway on its surrounding planned plots.The planned plot is adjacent to the transfer stations of Line 3 and Line 5 of the subway,and the planned residential buildings within the plot are respectively affected by the two subways of Line 3 and Line 5.The ground vibration of typical residential buildings during subway passage was monitored and the indoor secondary structural noise was calculated according to the prediction method in the Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment-Urban Rail Transit.Analysis shows that the individual impact of Metro Lines 3 and 5,as well as the combined impact of two subways,can meet the relevant standard requirements.The vibration impact generated by train braking is greater than that generated by trains in the low-speed range of 30km/h.Under the same train operating condition,the impact of environmental vibration and secondary structural noise shows a decreasing trend with increasing distance.
