PDMS二次开发在数字化站场设备设计中的应用

摘要 PDMS是一款由AVEVA公司开发的三维协同设计平台,在石油化工行业有着广泛的应用。本文首先对PDMS三维协同设计平台的传统设备模型生成方式进行了阐述,由于油气站场数字化设计项目具有“短、频、快”的特点,传统的设备模型生成方式已无法满足生产需要,因此亟需研发一款设备模型插件来改变现状。接着,本文比较了PDMS开发语言PML语言与.NET(C#)的利弊。根据设备模型插件不需要与第三方软件进行数据交互的特点,本文主要介绍了PML语言在PDMS设备模型插件开发中的应用,详细描述了设备模型插件的开发流程。PDMS二次开发技术的应用,省略了传统设备建模方式中参数输入及元件间定位操作环节,能够实现一键创建设备模型,从而有效提升数字化站场设备设计效率,缩短数字化站场建模的周期,节约人力成本及时间成本。 PDMS is a three-dimensional collaborative design platform developed by AVEVA company,which has a wide range of applications in the petrochemical industry.This paper first elaborates on the traditional equipment model generation method of PDMS 3D collaborative design platform.Due to the characteristics of"short,frequent and fast"in digital design projects for oil and gas stations,the traditional equipment model generation method can no longer meet production needs.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop an equipment model plugin to change the current situation.Next,this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of PDMS development language PML and NET(C#).Based on the characteristic that equipment model plugins do not require data interaction with third-party software,this paper mainly introduces the application of PML language in the development of PDMS equipment model plugins,and describes in detail the development process of equipment model plugins.The application of PDMS secondary development technology omits the parameter input and component positioning operation in traditional equipment modeling methods,and can achieve one click creation of equipment models,effectively improving the efficiency of digital station equipment design,shortening the cycle of digital station modeling,and saving labor and time costs.
