基于双结构模糊PID的无创呼吸机压力控制研究与设计

摘要 无创呼吸机是呼吸医疗产品中使用非常广泛的医疗设备,其压力控制是整个设备的基础和核心,关系到通气效果、舒适度甚至患者的呼吸安全。在对控制系统进行算法设计之前对无创呼吸机整体系统进行了分析、研究,根据呼吸机系统配置的电机性能,设计了呼气与吸气阶段模型不一致两种情况下的双结构模糊PID控制,提高了压力控制的稳定性,解决了由产品电机性能所引起的呼气压力不可控问题,对于呼吸机产品的控制效果与实际应用方面有了很大的改进。 Non-invasive ventilator is a medical device that is widely used in respiratory medical products.Its pressure control is the foundation and core of the entire device,which is related to ventilation effect,comfort and even patient's breathing safety.This paper analyzes and studies the overall system of the non-invasive ventilator before the algorithm design of the control system.According to the motor performance of the ventilator system configuration,a dual-structure fuzzy PID control is designed under the condition that the exhalation and inhalation phase models are inconsistent.This design improves the stability of pressure control,solves the problem of uncontrollable expiratory pressure caused by the performance of the product's motor,and greatly improves the control effect and practical application of the ventilator product.
