摘要
在工业过程中丝杆导轨滑台这种装置用处很广,但是在很多需要移动滑台精准定位的场合,这种装置的原型定位精度有所不准。所以需要一个更精准的装置来进行精确的定位。对移动滑台进行改良并通过基于粒子群算法的PID进行改进并仿真验证。
Screw guide rail is widely used in industrial process,but the prototype positioning accuracy of this device is not ac-curate in many situations where the precise positioning of the sliding table is needed.So a more accurate device is needed to pinpoint the exact location.The sliding table is improved and verified by the particle swarm optimization based on PID algorithm.
